The NFC North. My favorite division that has some of the best players in the league such as Khalil Mack, A-Rod, Dalvin Cook, and Kenny Golladay when healthy. It is also in my opinion one the most competitive except for when they play the Lions (sorry Lions fans). But there will be those players that are unknown to most people, yet have so much potential to be great or are really good and don't get the recognition. So lets hop into it.

Bears: JP Holtz
You all know will get to know that I love this guy because he has the mentality that everyone needs to have. Hard work and determination. He is an impressive blocker, and he can execute screens and catch passes when given the chance. You might want to refer to the Chargers vs Bears game when Holtz lined up in the backfield. Mr. Montgomery got 132 rushing yards. And in the Cowboys vs Bears game, he had 3 rec for 56 yards.

Vikings: Ifeadi Odenigbo
This young man has been cut by 3 teams, but did he quit or lose hope? NOOOOOOO. Do we see a common theme here? Not quitting. He was drafted by the Vikings in the 7th round, waived by them, claimed by the Browns, waived by them 20 days later, claimed by the Cardinals, played one game with them and then was waived a month later on October 23, and signed with the Vikings again and stuck. Now look at him. Getting 7 sacks in a back-up role and is going to replace Everson Griffen. That is amazing.

Lions: The Okwara brothers
How can we not root for the Okwara brothers. The older one went undrafted and signed with the Giants. He was waived after 2 years though. He didn't feel bad about himself and trained and practiced harder. Romeo then earned a contract with the Lions and here he is now. Julian essentially had the same path as his bro except he was drafted in the 3rd round by the Lions. They both grew up in Nigeria, but came to the US when Julian was 8. They both took up football and now are both awesome D-Linemen.

Packers: Allen Lazard
This man is pretty good at catching the football. His catch percentage was 67% (above the league average) and had 477 yards for 3 TDs. I know those aren't the most eye popping stats, but they are pretty good for a guy who went undrafted, signed with the Packers, got waived by them, went to the Jags for most of the year, went back to the Packers, almost left them again but they convinced him to stay, and finally got real action in week 6 and beyond.
As you can see here in all of these stories, you should never give up. If you do, you will never achieve your full potential or even half. So always go for your best.
