Player that are hated or are looked at badly for NO REASON

Sadly, there are those players. The players that catch a lot of flak. But's its the reason that they catch it is very sad. The reason is: there is no reason. They are hated for no reason. These players are hated because of something I can't tell why. People just think their bad. Anyway, at least we're here for them, so on with the list.

Allen Robinson

Can someone please tell me why people don't think he's good enough. Even LADAINIAN TOMLINSON himself said that the Bears should move on from him (slamming my face into my desk). People have no respect for this guy. BUT, you must respect him. He was a top 15 WR at the least last year. This year, I see him being a top 10 (not only because I am a Bears fan) because he will have a motivated QB that is trying to keep his job. If they're smart, they'll throw it to him a good amount. If his play doesn't tell you, then his rank in the league for each stats among WRs will: 6th in receptions, 13th in receiving yards, red zone receptions 9th, total touchdowns 13th, and fantasy PPG (points per game) 9th.

Darius Slay

This one is kind of a stretch, but not by much. Some people could argue that he had a good amount of injuries and his play fell off a bit sometimes. However, he still performed solid and he could be better with a change of scenery because apparently, he and Matt Patricia didn't have the best of relationships. He did have 10 passes defended and 2 INTs. Slay probably could have better success in Philly because of their decent D-line. But, all things aside, he gets a lot of hate for what? Minor injuries (that are part of the game) or a slight dip in play because of a pretty bad D-line? He's better than advertised.

Carson Wentz

This one is really really bad. I do understand the pain of those Eagles fans out there saying he can't play any meaningful games. Even last year, he got hurt in the Wildcard round (not his fault, it was in my opinion, a dirty hit from Clowney). But even before that, he couldn't stay healthy. They luckily had capable backups, or else they would have sunk pretty quickly. His stats were very good last year: 4039 passing yards, 27 TDs, and only 7 INTs. Those are really good. He just is hated because he got injured a little bit. However, they did draft Jalen Hurts for a reason, not to sit him as their backup. So I get some people are saying Carson Wentz is on his out. But, he's probably going to just leave after his contract is over and get another big contract.

Gardner Minshew

For all those Tanking for Trevor fans out there. I am very sorry to say, but that ain't happening. I'm even going to go out on a limb for him and say he performed better than Kyler Murray. They both had not bad, but not great offensive lines. However, Murray had better weapons in Larry Fitzgerald, Christian Kirk, David Johnson (for a short amount of time), and Kenyan Drake. Minshew had a disgruntled Fournette, Dede Westbrook and DJ Chark (who was actually pretty good). However, Minshew had 1 more TD and half the INTs than Murray. The Mississippi Mustache has a great ability to avoid defenders in the pocket and throw absolute dimes on the field. Murray in my opinion and film watching, rolled out more, or looked to run. Aside from the comparisons, Minshew is very very very much a starting QB.

Derek Carr

Why? Just why? Why do we even have to put one of the most talented and smartest QBs in the league on this list. Who knows. Maybe its's because Gruden wants him to push the ball downfield more, maybe it's because Gruden really really like his back-up QBs more, or maybe it's because he has played with a franchise that has been depleted of talent for years. Whatever it is, he shouldn't be on this list. Yes, he only had 21 TDs, but he also had only 8 INTs. And is Coach Gruden's system, Josh Jacobs pounded that football down the defense's gut a lot. A regular day for Jacobs would be pounding the ball down the defense art least 15 times and sometimes even pushing 20 times a game. That leaves Carr with not as many throwing opportunities. (Did I mention Carr had a 70.4% completion rate?) Anyway, he's a top 15 QB at the least period. End of story. No more discussion.

As always, thank you for reading my post, it means a lot. If you please would take just a few seconds out of your day to follow and/or subscribe, that would be great (it's completely free for everyone). Again, thanks so much for reading and I will see you in the next one.
