BIG TIME sleepers in fantasy football this year

I am hoping so much that this article will be helpful the world isn't helping us right now. But, this will be a nice article to read in your free time anyway. So let's get right in.

First up.....  the honorable mention.......

Matt Ryan

Now you might think, that's crazy. Everyone knows him and they know he's decent. But he is not ranked even in the top 100 in fantasy. He's been good. It's just that Julio kinda got injured a bit last year, and Calvin Ridley was good for a few games, and bad for other games. The O-line was pretty bad. Only 2 guys graded out above 70. The others were below 66. So, we shall see if they are better because they have a solid left side, but eh right side. So, if Matt Ryan can regain his 2018 form, he will be a really good pick-up.

8. Breshad Perriman

If you played fantasy last year, you knew this man could play. At the back end of last season, he really started to heat things up with Winston. If you just look at his stats, you don't need explaining: 4 100 yard games at the end of the season. Now it could be argued that he wasn't the main guy and the bucs had Chris Godwin and Mike Evans to take away attention. But, the Jets actually have some nice receivers currently. They drafted Denzel Mims is going to wreck everyone with his speed, or size. They have Jamison Crowder who is a decent slot guy. And don't forget about Quincy Enunwa. I know his playing days might be coming to an end, but if he can recapture his 2016 form, that would be cool (but highly unlikely). Finally, we come to Perriman. He clearly can get it done, and I think he will in the 2020-2021 season.

7. Diontae Johnson

This is a guy you should watch out for next season. You may be saying, look at his stats, they were eh. But, I say, "Look at the QBs he was playing with." Mason Rudolph: 3rd round developmental prospect that had a worse completion rate than Trubisky, he was at the center of contreversy I will not name for like 3 weeks, and he had only 13 TDs in 9 games. Next, we have Devlin "Duck" Hodges, he was coming out of Samford as an undrafted free agent (and he was undrafted for a reason, but impressively, he had some punting stats in college), he threw 5 TDs to 8 INTs in 8 games, and he was benched for Mason Rudolph later in the season. When Big Ben comes back, he will throw darts all over the field and give his WRs a chance.

6. Noah Fant

This seems like a no-brainer, but honstly, I don't know if many people would actually pick him because they need Flex and this WR and that WR and they'll forget about him. There is so much to like about him. But at the beginning of the season, he dropped passes left and right, and didn't look like an NFL TE. But when Drew Lock came along, he lit the stats sheet up. Admittedly, it was a little inconsistent, but I think it should be fixed with a more fitting offense for him and having that experience under his belt. This in my opinion is a boom or bust pick and you should pick him in later round like 12-14. It could pay off big time.

5. Matthew Stafford

Even though I am a Bears fan, I kind of feel bad for him. He has been on a really bad team for all of his career, he could still be playing with one of the greatest receivers of all time  (but he retired), and he has never made it past the Wild Card round of the playoffs. But, he still puts up huge number which to good. He does have good receivers now, not Megatron, but still pretty good. Last year, he was putting up huge number before a back injury cut the season short. You should be a little cautious before drafting him because of the injury, but if you can get him as a UDFA, that would be really good.

4. Anthony Miller

Anthony Miller may not have been really really good all of last year, but he showed promise at the end. He was a stud his rookie year grabbing 7 TDs. He fell of last year with only 3, but had more receiving yards. Most of them however, came at the back end of the season. Weeks 11-15 (week 16 was against the Chiefs so you lets get that out of the way. and week 17, he injured his shoulder early in the game), he had pretty good stats: 2 100 yard games, another 2 games of at least 50, and 2 TDs. He looks pretty good workout out this off-season too. You should draft him late, and definitely pick up him if he goes undrafted. The Bears go against the Lions in the season opener.

3. Teddy Bridgewater

Teddy Bridgewater is going to be good next year. There's almost no doubt about that. However, it's how good are his stats going to be. We know he is the game-manager type guy that doesn't push the ball downfield often. But, he does have McCaffrey at his disposal to throw the ball to and he does the rest. He puts defenders on the ground, takes their ankles, and also sometimes runs them over as he is going to the house. But back to Bridgewater. He does also have good wide receivers in DJ Moore, Curtis Samuel, and Robby Anderson. The O-line may or may not be a problem because it depends on what Bridewater is going to throw. But, the line plays like last year, Teddy is going to turn into a Teddy Tackling dummy. He would be a good UDFA, but maybe it not worth the risk to take him in the later rounds.

2. Daniel Jones aka Danny Dimes

He is one QB I'm excited to see in 2020. His style of play is really exciting to see. But, for Giants fans, it's also nerve-wracking because he had quite a bit of fumbles. That can be cleared up as he gets coached to navigate the pocket better. He has good receivers around him, but not OBJ kind. They can get it done though. The O-line is a bit of a concern. (I know you're tired if me saying O-line, but if the QB didn't have one, he would be out of the league by halftime) Only 2 of the 5 look solid. Everyone else scares me. But, Jones has enough mobility to avoid pressure. he would be a great late round pick and a steal for UDFA.

1. Justin Jefferson

You may be looking at the screen and thinking I'm crazy, but hear me out. He is on a great team that greatly helps out the WRs. If you look at Diggs' stats, they are really good. He had 3 above 50 yard games and 5 other games above 100 (he also had 2 49 yard games which I find funny). Justin Jefferson will fit in to the offense because I saw the Alabama vs LSU game and when LSU ran the ball, they ran it in tight formations, so Jefferson should be fit in this system, but might be blocking a little more than when he was in LSU. Aside from the scheme standpoint, he is a really good receiver and we all know it, so this hopefully isn't as crazy as it sounds. That being said, he is a late rounder. You shouldn't be taking him in the 3rd or 4th round.

Thank you so much for reading this post! See you in the next one

Who will win? Nick Foles or Mitchell Trubisky

The answer is: Both.  Why I think this is because both have not been really good ever except for Foles in the playoffs for some reason. They both were bottom 10 QBs in like almost every stat.  Foles:  Strengths- Has been in the West Coast system before (and been very good) Can run RPOs He is familiar with the QB coach Can be accurate when there are wide open receivers (we Bears fans adore that. Other people wouldn't understand). Really good in the playoffs Weaknesses- Can be bad with a new team as we saw earlier in his career He is coming off being injured almost the entire season and has never played a full 16 game season Even when he came back he was benched for Minshew (Love that man) Trubisky:  Strengths- He can run the ball pretty darn well if he's given the chance (Watch the Cowboys vs Bears game) He didn't throw as many interception as last season (I know this is stupid, but still) He can throw on the run well He has been in this offense for more time than Fol...

Player that are hated or are looked at badly for NO REASON

"Pigskin"   by  Eric Kilby  is licensed under  CC BY-SA 2.0 Sadly, there are those players. The players that catch a lot of flak. But's its the reason that they catch it is very sad. The reason is: there is no reason. They are hated for no reason. These players are hated because of something I can't tell why. People just think their bad. Anyway, at least we're here for them, so on with the list. Allen Robinson Can someone please tell me why people don't think he's good enough. Even LADAINIAN TOMLINSON himself said that the Bears should move on from him (slamming my face into my desk). People have no respect for this guy. BUT, you must respect him. He was a top 15 WR at the least last year. This year, I see him being a top 10 (not only because I am a Bears fan) because he will have a motivated QB that is trying to keep his job. If they're smart, they'll throw it to him a good amount. If his play doesn't tell you, then his rank in the league for ...

One person to root for on every NFC North Team

Since there are no major injuries because people can't even play with each other in this current period of time we are living in, we will talk about something fun.  The NFC North. My favorite division that has some of the best players in the league such as Khalil Mack, A-Rod, Dalvin Cook, and Kenny Golladay when healthy. It is also in my opinion one the most competitive except for when they play the Lions (sorry Lions fans). But there will be those players that are unknown to most people, yet have so much potential to be great or are really good and don't get the recognition. So lets hop into it. Photo by Dylan Buell/Getty Images Bears: JP Holtz You all know will get to know that I love this guy because he has the mentality that everyone needs to have. Hard work and determination. He is an impressive blocker, and he can execute screens and catch passes when given the chance. You might want to refer to the Chargers vs Bears game when Holtz lined up in the backfield.
